[SOLVED]weapon change when using translocator

Can you help me i have set my telafrag or next wepon for years as middle mouse but it always goes bac to the next wepon when tring to jump of frag someone.....i now set it for number key and it stil goes back after 3 or 4 jumps...do you know a way to make it so it only tele ports..
Can not play the way i want to with its dam prob........

Yeah, Motor is right.
That looks like to be a bug (or if you prefer, a "built-in" feature) of UT: when you use telefrag and click too fast, "next weapon" is activated...I can only say to click the mouse buttons more slowly  |

A little more in-depth... It is a glitch in the engine. If you are carrying a rifle and switch to your trans, then continue to use the trans and accidentally click both left and right mouse buttons at the same time, it will auto-switch you to next weapon. Really work on using your trans making absolutely sure you hear 2 distinct clicks as you hit fire and alt-fire. Once you get that automatic, you should be good. Have a good one.

crow have you also tried going to some x-loc (translocator) servers to practice? i can pm you some IP's if you want. They really helped me figure out timing and how to use it better. People that are on there will give you tips as well

Crow,
I have stopped using the middle mouse completely... I was having the same issue, so I switched the next weapon to a keyboard function and have not had issues with the weapon switching when I am jumping and trans-locating Hope this helps
